How we deliver projects
- Assess: free bill analysis and, for larger sites, IoT monitoring to establish a measured baseline.
- Propose: measures, solar and storage options with RM savings, costs, payback and the assumptions behind them.
- Implement: efficiency works, solar EPC and storage, with approvals handled by us.
- Verify: results tracked against the agreed baseline using monitoring data.
After-sales support and ongoing optimisation
- Continuous monitoring: energy and solar performance visible on a cloud dashboard from day one.
- Virtual Energy Manager: alerts on abnormal consumption or underperformance are reviewed by our analysts.
- Maintenance: preventive and corrective maintenance for systems we install, as agreed in your contract.
- Performance reviews: periodic reviews of savings and generation against the baseline, with recommended adjustments.
- Local presence: engineers based in Kedah and Johor for site visits.
